The checkout lists Netherlands, Germany and United Kingdom. Choose Others to enter another country and its region when needed.
For a destination outside these listed countries, email kristy.lee@pimoru.com to ask about available delivery arrangements before relying on a delivery estimate.
Review the delivery preference and its estimate in checkout, along with the recipient’s full address, postcode and telephone number. A correct address helps an order enquiry or future delivery arrangement be checked efficiently.
The selected preference is recorded with your order. For a delivery date, carrier or destination-specific service, use an actual dispatch communication or ask Kristy for the details relevant to your order.
Open My account to find your reference, selected pieces, quantities and order total. Track order lets you look up that reference and see the status recorded for it.
Keep any separate carrier reference with your order details. A recorded website status and a carrier tracking event are different records; use the carrier’s actual update when checking a parcel in transit.
Track your orderEmail kristy.lee@pimoru.com with your order reference and the detail to check. For an address enquiry, include the intended recipient, street address, town, region, postcode and country.
Ask about a change as soon as you notice it, so the order’s current stage and any available options can be reviewed.
Contact Kristy with your order reference, the item name, colour and size, and the reason for your enquiry. Ask for the return instructions and the arrangements that apply to that order before posting an item.
Keep the item and its packaging together where possible, along with any proof of purchase or payment. This helps identify the piece and the transaction concerned.
Any statutory cancellation, return or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected. Applicable rights and time limits depend on the transaction and the law that governs it.
Email Kristy with the reference and a clear description of the issue. Useful details include the item’s name, selected colour and size, the packaging condition and photographs showing the concern.
Keep the item while the issue is being reviewed and ask for the next steps before arranging a return. Rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are separate from a change-of-mind enquiry.
Include your order reference and any original payment reference when asking about a refund. Ask which method, timing and return arrangements apply to the transaction concerned.
If you are looking for a different size or colour, check the product page for the alternative you would like and include it in your enquiry. That gives customer care a clear starting point for checking your options.
Use the Size & fit guide for measuring instructions and the product page for the actual age-size options. Confirm the dimensions, fabric details or care instructions you need before choosing a piece.
